Service has been a defining thread in our lives. Time in the United States Navy instilled discipline, accountability, and the understanding that trust and follow-through matter. Law enforcement reinforced integrity under pressure and the responsibility to protect and serve others. Work as a federal aircraft inspector demanded precision, attention to detail, and the recognition that even the smallest decisions can have lasting consequences.

Those lessons didn’t end with those chapters — they became part of how we live, how we lead, and how we care for people.

Our faith plays an important role in how we approach life and work. It reminds us to lead with humility, act with integrity, and treat every person with dignity and respect. We believe that service to others is not just a profession, but a calling — and that perspective guides the way we show up every day.
